  1. Terrific for cupcakes! Easy to make and delicious. Thanks!

  2. I made this to frost chocolate cupcakes and it was perfect! I was thick enough so it didn't run down the sides of the cakes. I used sour cream and halved the recipe. Thanks Rita!

  3. This icing is good, but it really isnt what Im use to. Its very strong, and its a bit too "sour" from the sour cream. The texture was much too thick; I had to add a bit more butter, 1/2 Tablespoon of sour cream, and a Tablespoon of milk. After that I tasted it, and it wasnt very "chocolatey" so I had to use a bit more cocoa. Thanks for the recipe. I will make it again with my adjustments :)

  4. This is a really good, not too sweet frosting, I added a little milk because it seemed a little dry, and I also just used a mixer, but it turned out really good!

  5. Let me state, that I didn't eat this my self - I don't like icing or frosting but those who do loved the taste and since it was easy to boot, I have to give it 5 stars.
