  1. I love this dip because it's such a refreshing change of taste from the norm. The horseradish and mustard give it such a nice zing, while the curry powder acts as the secret ingredient that ties it all together. I spread this on some bread for a delicious cucumber-tomato sandwich. I also tried it with some wonderful CodCakes#54303, and it was just great. So you have a real winning recipe here Recipe Fairy; we'll be enjoying this versatile dip/spread/sauce for a long time

  2. I made 5 different dips from Zaar for a party to serve with my veggies. I myself wasn't to impressed, but that just goes to show.. my BF ate it the night before on his roast beef sandwich and people at the party kept asking me what was in it. It was a success!! Will make again!

  3. I halved the recipe, and used the garlic salt rather than powder. I think the amount of garlic SALT should be cut way down. It was most too salty for me, and had to be tossed.

  4. This was great stuff. I followed your recipe exactly using Garlic powder instead of salt. We loved the flavor mix. I doubled this and served it with both carrot sticks and homemade chips. DH finished this one off in one night so it's a keeper for us. Thanks!

  5. I didn\'t have curry, but still enjoyed this dip. I used it for fried green tomatoes and it was great. I added really finely chopped carrots. I will definitely make this again with a variety of uses. I can invision this as a great sauce for buffalo wings. Thanks for the recipe.
