ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Roquefort cheese
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup light cream or 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash garlic salt
directions
- Crumble cheese.
- add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.
