Creamy Squash Soup
"This is EASY!!! I was in a soup mood today for lunch. Our neighbor brought over some yummy baked squash this morning, so i made this up. The measurements are approximately what I used lol. I might try molasses next time instead of brown sugar, I found this sweet with not enough flavor from the brown sugar"

- 1 cup acorn squash puree
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- salt and pepper
directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Enjoy.
