DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a bowl or ziplock bag, add chopped broccoli. Add minced garlic, olive oil, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the broccoli on a tin foil lined baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, turning once.
