  1. Pour yogurt into a small bowl. Freeze overnight or until solid as rock.
  2. Take it out of the fridge and microwave for 10 secs. The sides of the yogurt, which is the part near your bowl, should be softened.
  3. Put yogurt into a blender and beat for 15 secs. or until yogurt is completely smashed. Transfer from blender to a glass or a bowl and top with berries. Serve!
