  1. very easy and tatse good to my kids loved it

  2. Made this using blueberries. Used blueberry pie filling and added frozen blueberries with lemon juice and zest to cut the sweetness. It was divine. And SO SO EASY. Don't forget the vanilla ice cream!!

  3. It was very good. Everyone liked it but the only thing I didn't like was the crust never got "cooked". It was a little mushy. Tasted great though!

  4. Great quick dessert! It was a big hit with a scoop of ice cream. I used a ready made pie crust on the bottom of the crockpot it gives it more crunch also crumbed brown sugar and cinnamon in mine with white cake mix and butter 2 cans of cherry filling cooked on low 2.5 hrs in crockpot then removed from crockpot and placed in oven on 350 for 15 to 20 mins to crisp the top.

  5. This worked out perfectly for me! I made this as an alternative to Apple Pie for my Thanksgiving get together and it was super popular! I mixed a little Cinnamon & Nutmeg in with the Apple, and then sprinkled a little of both over the top of the 'crumble'. I actually probably had this in the slow cooker for about 5 hours in total- 3 hours on low, 2 hours on very low/warm. The top turned out uniformly 'crispy' for me and I'll definitely be making this again! Great with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream!

Tweaks

  1. Marci C- Did the recipe turn out ok with peaches? Was wondering if it needed the thickening like the pie mix has?

  2. Doubled the recipe and increased cook time, and used canned peaches.
