This was really good and easy to make. I used about a pound and a half of steak cut in strips (hubby likes lots of meat). I doubled the sauce and added a bag of stir fry vegetabables. I also didn't cook this in a crock pot but on the stove as it was icy this morning and I wanted to leave early and didn't get a chance to throw it in the crock. It cooked up nicely on the stove. I also added the rice directly into the pot. Everyone enjoyed it. My oldest ate three helpings.
