  • Add all ingredients to 2-4 quart slow cooker, and cook 9 hrs on Low setting (or 4-5 hrs on High).
  • Optional: Remove 1-2 C of prepared mixture, blend with food processor until smooth, and stir back into crock.
  • Serve with crusty bread.

  1. Hey there, recipe looked great. I just checked on it after following instructions and 6 hours passing. Smelled delicious. However, Quinoa is mushy. Why is this? Been on low for 6 hours

  2. Pretty darn easy and very good! I made exactly as written. I used black quinoa. Very satisfying. I skipped the pureeing option.
