Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni, any type
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp is what she uses)
  • 12 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni until just barley tender, drain. Lightly grease crockpot. Toss macaroni with oil and add to crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and cook 3-4 hours on low. DO NOT STIR while cooking. Enjoy!
