DIRECTIONS

  • Place pork roast in crock pot.
  • Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
  • Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
  • Pour the water over everything.
  • Cook on low for 24 hours.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes.
