Crock Pot Stuffed Chicken Rolls

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
directions
- Flatten chicken.
- Put ham and cheese on each slice.
- Roll up and secure with toothpick.
- Combine, flour, parmesan cheese, sage, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken, chill for 1 hour.
- Heat oil and brown chicken rolls.
- Put in crock pot.
- Mix soup and broth, pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Absolutely delicious! Followed the recipe exactly. Was done in 4 hours, and was very tender. The blend of swiss cheese, and the parmesan cheese was very good! Hubby even came home for lunch today,(which he SELDOM does), for some of the leftovers! Definitely be making again and again! Proud to be the first to post a review. :)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
