Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Grease a 10x7 in dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. For base: combine flour and sugar mix well.
  4. Add butter and blend using pastry blender or forks.
  5. Pour into pan and gently press into it.
  6. Place in oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. In the meanwhile make topping.
  8. Combine milk and lemon juice, whisk until blended.
  9. Add food coloring.
  10. Remove pan from oven and pour topping over.
  11. Smooth out.
  12. Return to oven and cook about 30 more minutes.
  13. Once all ofthe topping begins to kinda bubble it should be done.
  14. (The outer part will bubble for a while before the middle does, keep cooking) Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.
  15. Let cool 5 minutes.
