- 1 large cucumber, sliced thin crosswise (about 2 cups)
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried dill
directions
- Toss all the ingredients together and serve.
