Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients on a plate.
  2. Coat pork in seasoned flour, shaking off extra.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add pork and sauté until cooked about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to plates.
  6. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil to skillet.
  7. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
  8. Add orange juice and lemon juice.
  9. Broil until slightly thickened, whisking occasionally for about 30 seconds.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Pour sauce over pork.
  12. Garnish with orange wedges and serve.
