DIRECTIONS

  • In medium saucepan, heat bouillon.
  • Add asparagus; cook uncovered until tender.
  • In blender container, blend asparagus and liquid until smooth.
  • Return to saucepan; add half-and-half, clams, egg yolk, curry and pepper.
  • Heat through.
  • DO NOT BOIL.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
