  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In saucepan melt butter in.
  3. boiling water.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add flour.
  5. and salt stirring until mixture is a smooth ball.
  6. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well by hand after each addition.
  7. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake.
  9. and cool then cut in half.
  10. Fill puffs with mixed.
  11. seafood filling and replace tops.
  12. Heat before serving.
  13. Puffs may be made ahead and frozen.
