Dark Peanut Butter Brownies

- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 125 g 85% dark chocolate
- 100 g goats butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour or 1/2 cup gluten-free flour, of choice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
directions
- Preheat the oven to 350*F & line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Beat together the peanut butter & maple syrup and sprinkle on the baking pan.
- Slowly melt the chocolate with the goat's butter in a double boiler.
- Whisk together the eggs and sugar until creamy.
- Stir through the flour and baking powder.
- Fold in the chocolate and quickly transfer to the baking pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool overnight.
