  1. Pretty good! I also used fewer onions. I didnt have brown mustard so I used Zesty mustard. This made a good meal. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Really good flavor. I used fewer onions than the recipe called for and changed up the seasoning a little, but overall it was a good meal.

  3. We liked these pork chops very much but felt quite a lot of the mustard ended up on the onions and kind of overpowed them. I was looking for a way to do potatoes and decided to add them to the onions, it worked out very well, except next time I will use less mustard, it was very strong on the onions and potato. The chops were very very tender. I will make them again.

  4. These by far exceeded my expectations and were A1 fabulous. With honey mustard combinations, I sometimes worry that the final dish will be too sweet. Not at all the case here. I think the secret is enrobing the pork in the onions. Not only do they keep the meat moist and tender, they add a really nice flavor and of themselves are just wonderful. I could eat a plate of them alone. Thanks DiWriter!

  5. We had thinner chops, so only baked about 30 minutes. My husband actually prepared the meal, and he doesn't like recipes that are too complicated, so when he says these are easy, you can believe it !
