1. As a former Disney employee ('74-'76) and working at the then Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village, I have the original recipe for the famous Lake Buena Vista Strawberry Soup - anything else is an imitation. Here's an original Disney Christmas present:

10 ozs frozen strawberries with juice
10 ozs sour cream
3 ozs lime juice
2 tsps salt
6 ozs powdered sugar
3 ozs Grenadine
4 ozs sweet cream

Mix all together on low speed and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed (sour cream dissolved). Chill and serve with fresh strawberries. Chef's note: if not tart enough, add lime juice to taste. Yields 35 ozs.

Enjoy this true Disney treat!

 2. I have also made this with frozen " mixed" berries, and garnished with assorted fresh berries.....absolutely summer

 3. very good. I halved the recipe and added a little sugar to taste. It's hard to stop eating this.

 4. tastes just like grand floridians! Easy and tasty. We added chopped bannana to leftovers and had for breakfast with croissants.
