  1. These are the best burgers in the history of EVER. I literally married into the family partly because of these burgers. Hey Ralphy, look how famous your wife is ????????

  2. Great tasting burgers. Thank you for the recipe.

  3. Delicious ! I doubled the recipe and made 8 patties. My husband, our son and I all loved these. I served with Rally's French Fries. I thought the seasonings were great. Very tasty. Thank you.

  4. I started with grass-fed beef. I kept it all to Lea & Perrins which advertises as being gluten free. The results were scrumptious. I love hamburgers with a gravy made from the pan drippings. The picture isn't pretty, but the flavor and richness make up for that downfall. A glass of Cava Rose with the dark berry flavors is a great compliment to the meaty main course! cheers, Lise

  5. Really enjoy using this recipe for when I make hamburgers. Taste great when I cook them on the grill.

Tweaks

  1. Added 2 tbsp of dried minced onion since I doubled the recipe. It smelled so good sizzlin' away. Waiting for my son to get home from work so we can chow down.????

  2. We think the A1 is too strong, so I use 1 Tbsp Worcestershire & 1/2 Tbsp A1.

  3. The only change I make is using separate garlic powder and salt opposed to a garlic salt.

  4. I doubled the recipe for my family and followed the recipe as written other then I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. The boys and I really liked them but hubby wasn't crazy about them.
