Dorito Beef Casserole

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Brown the hamburger until no longer pink, drain excess grease then sprinkle with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat & stir in the rest of the ingredients except the Doritos.
  • Layer half the Doritos along the bottom of the pan. Gently spoon the beef mixture over. Break up the remaining Doritos then scatter over the beef.
  • Note: You don't want them to be crumbs but in bite size pieces.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

  1. Really quick and easy to make. The only change I made was using taco sauce and salsa instead of enchilada sauce because my local grocery stores doesn't carry it.
