Dorothy's Leek Stuff

"A friend made this for our book club and it was addicting. I immediately asked for the recipe and have enjoyed it since. It's really different and makes a nice appetizer to serve with wine, etc. All amounts are approx."

  1. I am going to make this again but chill everything before putting into the puff pastry. And the oven temp should have been higher.I will try doing it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. The combination of filling was delish. But the inside was soggy!

  2. Hmmm...i wonder if my directions were off. It's never been soggy for me. sorry!

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
