  1. I felt like the dish was too bland. No one in my family raved about it either. I did add some cajun seasoning to the leftovers to give it some flavor, but don't think that I will be making this again.

  2. Excellent dish. I had 1/2 lb ground turkey so I used that with 1/2 lb ground beef, added some liquid smoke and tabasco and served it with tortilla's. Made a very filling and excellent dinner. Thanks.

  3. My family really enjoyed this recipe. My picky eater really liked it and he doesnt eat rice. I made this as a side for the cajun oven fried chicken

  4. My family liked this recipe and it is extremely to make. They don't care for very spicy food. So, I just add some extra seasoning afterward. All in all a good recipe that is easy to make. I put extra onions in it. Never can get too many :)

I love to cook. Since I quit smoking I have gained weight thus I am into low-fat recipes. The most important thing that I have learned is that if it is low-fat and has no taste why would you eat it. My goal is to have a cookbook filled with wonderful tasting recipes which are low-fat.
