This recipe is good just as it is but also a great starting point for any number of creative variations. I made it as it is described here and it was really good but tired of the rubbing aspect (trying to coat the fish evenly by hand). For my next use of the recipe I tweaked it a bit by mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl, adding 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of sriracha and a heavy pinch of salt. This allowed me to apply the mixture evenly and effortlessly with a basting brush.....it turned out awesome.

This was very good! It was very mild, but just enough to give a hint of flavor. We used it on baked chicken and it was so easy to make, with ingredients I already had on hand! We may add a little more cayenne next time, but that's just us! Made for your Conference Championship Football Pool win - congrats!!
