  1. Very easy to mix, just used the recipe for the breading for Lake Erie walleye.I made a egg bath dipped the fish in, then into the dry mixture, back into the egg bath, back into the dry and coating well then into skillet.I also used a grill or skillet press in the cast iron skillet.

  2. This is good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written but my family thought it could have used more cayenne pepper as it was too mild for them. It is tasty and we enjoyed it.

  3. Nice rub and very tasty on fish! I made just as directed and found it to be a very nice flavor combination. Used on some tilapia that I pan fried and we really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe!

  4. This recipe is good just as it is but also a great starting point for any number of creative variations. I made it as it is described here and it was really good but tired of the rubbing aspect (trying to coat the fish evenly by hand). For my next use of the recipe I tweaked it a bit by mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl, adding 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of sriracha and a heavy pinch of salt. This allowed me to apply the mixture evenly and effortlessly with a basting brush.....it turned out awesome.

  5. This was very good! It was very mild, but just enough to give a hint of flavor. We used it on baked chicken and it was so easy to make, with ingredients I already had on hand! We may add a little more cayenne next time, but that's just us! Made for your Conference Championship Football Pool win - congrats!!
