  1. This recipe is simple, fast and tastes wonderful! It also fits in perfectly with my Somersize diet. I used cod filets, took Freda2Brown's advise and sprinkled with some dried tarragon, as well as a couple of cloves of minced garlic. I served this with stir fried broccoli with red pepper and mushrooms. This one's going to be a regular for me. Thanks Inez!

  2. This was a very good baked fish. I used halibut and we really enjoyed it a lot. Although the lemon, butter and onions went well together, I think I'll add a sprinkle of dried tarragon next time. We finished the fish off with latke's with sour cream and a small Caesar salad. Good! Thanks for this one MizzNezz.

  3. Delicious! Didn't change a thing except for cutting all amounts in half. Very quick and easy to put together. Served it with broccoli and a lentil/rice mixture cooked in mushroom broth. Definitely will be a repeat. Maybe will serve with a salad next time.

  4. Made this the other night and followed the directions only using cod. I did use lemon pepper instead of black but followed the recipe instructions which are simple and easy. Served it with Pammesan Pepper Rice Pilaf#84873 and broccoli. Made for a delicious meal. Thank you.

  5. Oh man this is a keeper! I used talipia and it was delish!! I did make individuals foils packets and in each one I placed 2 fillets, a handful of tailess shrimp, lemon juice and half a lemon. They baked the 25 min and they were perfect. I served with tomato pasta (sopita). I will be making this alot in the future, thanks for sharing!!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
