  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • Mix ingredients together in a bowl with a utensil (fork or whisk works well). Use 3 packets of Splenda, rather than 2, if you'd like sweeter waffles.
  • Cook waffles about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Follow your waffle iron instructions for best results.
  • It's that easy!

I'm a professional pilot and an amateur artist. I used be a cook at a family restaurant in high school, but I forgot most I learned there. I have over the last several years tried to keep some of the baking traditions that my grandmother upheld when she was still alive...specifically her cookies, donuts, and banana bread.
