This recipe was included in Book#228608. July 25, 2008 -- What a delicious and easy chicken entree to make! I used bone-in chicken breasts, and marinated them for two hours in the sauce. Then I baked them for 30 minutes on one side, and flipped them over for another 25 minutes. The sauce is great -- tangy, yet at the same time a little sweet from the brown sugar. We all loved it, and it's now on my "permanent rotation" of dishes to make. Thanks, Parsley.

My DH loves catalina salad dressing and enjoyed this chicken very much. A no fuss meal to put together and I enjoyed that! The chicken was very tender and the sauce had a sweet and tangy flavor. This would be great on the grill this summer. Made and reviewed for the Cooking Games Forum's I Recommend Tag Game - February 2010.
