Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 package corn muffin mix (I use Martha White)
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup grated cheese
  • 12 cup creamed corn
  • 14 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients til smooth.
  2. Put in a greased or paper lined muffin pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes til golden brown.
