I've never reviewed a recipe before, but I HAD to tell people how amazing this one is! I was shocked! It tastes just as good as an authentic Indian restaurant! I left out the jalapenos because the store was out of them believe it or not, and I also used vegetarian chicken instead and it was just as amazing as if it were real! My husband and brother also loved it! We are making it AGAIN tonight because we've already run out of leftovers lol!

I live in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, where I work for an amazing non-profit organization, Sky Island Alliance. I have a very busy schedule, but I like to eat healthy, and cook as much as I can. My husband is a good sport about trying all pof my experiments. Lately it's been a lot of canning and fermenting.
