Easy Chicken Tikka Masala

"This was found on allrecipes.com. The original recipe called for a whopping 7 teaspoons of salt! We cut that considerably when we made it, and it was delicious, but still very salty. This version is salted to taste. We served this with basmati rice and it was yummy!"

  1. Delicious...I cooked the chicken in a pan bc i do not have skewers and I added a teaspoon of curry powder to the sauce.

  2. I've never reviewed a recipe before, but I HAD to tell people how amazing this one is! I was shocked! It tastes just as good as an authentic Indian restaurant! I left out the jalapenos because the store was out of them believe it or not, and I also used vegetarian chicken instead and it was just as amazing as if it were real! My husband and brother also loved it! We are making it AGAIN tonight because we've already run out of leftovers lol!

  3. This was my first attempt at anything resembling Indian cuisine. (I've always been afraid of it!) I don't have skewers or a grill so I simply did it in a large non-stick pan. I'm sure it would have been even better on the grill, but it was still very yummy and very easy!
