Easy Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

ingredients
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup monk fruit sweetener (or some other sugar alcohol you prefer)
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup of no sugar chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon a bit of dough for one cookie into the palm of your hand and form a smooth ball.
- Make about 10 cookies on the cookie sheet.
- Take a large fork and press the ball down in two directions on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes and enjoy!
