  • A natural way to set hair is to dilute milk with water and apply this solution to your hair before styling it.
  • Use a comb and let your hair dry naturally.
  • Don't use a hair dryer.
  • Milk works like a great conditioner and setting lotion.

  1. This is a good volumiser, too! I also sometimes use simply aloe vera gel in my hair as a real "gel" and use rice flour as dry shampoo
     
  2. This is a life-saver!! 3 hours before my Christmas Party, my fringe just refused to stay still and I really did't want to use a store-bought gel. I sprinkled it on my hair and dipped my brush into the liquid and brushed my hair. My fringe behaved itself so well that despite me wearing a headband, it stayed put after the headband was removed. This "gel" also fluffed my hair up a bit and I love that extra volume! Thanks for posting this.
