Easy Pudding Fudge

"Found this in a recipe flier from Jell-O but I've never tried it. You need to use the Cook and Serve variety, NOT instant."

  1. I wanted to like this, I really did. I even made it twice trying to get it right. But it just tasted like pudding mix to me. It looked pretty but the texture was way off.

  2. I remember this recipe from 50 years ago. Dad used to make it with chocolate Royal pudding. It was & still is the BEST! As I'm nuts about nuts I doubled the amount using local Oklahoma pecans.

  3. Found this recipe in my grandmother's recipe box so I thought I would give it a whirl. I used the instant pudding and I am wondering if that was the problem. It would only stay in a clump so I ended up throwing it out before I added the confectioners sugar. So disappointed.

  5. This is just the recipe I was looking for. I left out the nuts and made it in a slightly bigger pan. It was delicious. Thanks for posting.

Yet another feature change that has made the website less user friendly. It's sad to watch a fantastic site deteriorate over the years. Some of my recipes are on my blog.
