Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 12 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 12 cup minced onion
  • 14 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) can turkey gravy
  • 13 lb deli turkey, sliced
  • 4 slices French bread

Directions

  1. In skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add carrots, onion, celery, and spices.
  3. Cook on med until tender.
  4. Stir in gravy.
  5. Heat to boiling; add turkey and heat through.
  6. Place bread slices on serving plates.
  7. Divide turkey and gravy evenly among bread slices.
