  1. Beat egg yolks - add sugar and salt.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  3. Add all together with buttermilk.
  4. In a separate bowl - beat egg whites until stiff.  Fold into batter.
  5. Heat ebelskiver pan and put small amount of batter in each cup.  Fill about 2/3 full.  Flip with forks and enjoy.
