  2. Combine the bread crumbs, onion flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and celery salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add beef base, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well.
  4. Add ground beef and mix well.
  5. Pat mixture into a glass loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
  7. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
