- 7 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons stevia powder
- 8 tablespoons applesauce
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon walnuts (chopped) (optional)
directions
- Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; mix well.
- Whisk together water, flax meal , Stevia, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Add flax mixture to flour mixture. Mix until blended, but DON'T overmix.
- Pour into greased 8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with walnuts (optional).
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
