ingredients

3 cups corn, cooked
1 ¹⁄₂ cups milk
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
4 tablespoons flour (sifted)
¹⁄₄ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground pepper
2 eggs, separated

directions

Mix all ingredients, except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into greased casserote and bake 300-325 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
