  1. VERY simple recipe. Loved it! I tweaked it a little bit because it seemed to be lacking some flavor. I didn't change much though; I added half a tablespoon more of sugar, and 2 dashes of ground cloves, for that eggnoggy taste. :)

  2. I liked this, especially since it is very quick and easy. I used low-fat milk and thought the consistency was just fine. I thought the flavor was a little lacking though, I ended up increasing the sugar by half again as much. I'll try again and increase the vanilla too. Thanks for posting!

  3. I thought this turned out good! I used skim milk and I had no problem. Very easy! I will make this again

  4. I thought this was pretty good...I did need to add 1/2T more sugar and a little more vanilla, but I nuked it for 3 minutes total (twice for a minute, twice for 30sec) at 80% power. It seems to need a few minutes to set up and get custard-y. It also benefits from a splash each of bourbon and brandy :).

  5. I used skim milk and vanilla almond milk. I agree that it lacks in taste. Not "eggy" enough.

Tweaks

  1. 1/2T more sugar, little more vanilla, splash of brandy and bourbon

  2. The time. Only a minute and a half in the microwave. Also, don't measure the vanilla, just toss a splash in.
