  2. make 6 deep wells in hash.
  3. dot with butter.
  4. break an egg in each well.
  5. season with salt and pepper, cover each egg with 1 tablespoon of milk.
  6. cover and bake at 225 15-20 minute.
  7. or until set.
  8. serve from pan, keep warm.
