  1. This is delicious! And so easy to make. I could not stop eating it and before I knew it there was none left for anyone else. This is a keeper!

  2. I can't believe how easy this is to make! I enjoyed it just as much as if I'd ordered it at El Torito! Definitely a keeper!

  3. This was easy to make and tasted better the next day. It's not quite as good as more traditional recipes for mousse but makes up for it with speed and convenience.

  4. Great quick dessert for a Mexican meal.

  5. I actually tripled this dessert and my results were fantastic! I remember eating this at El Torito when I was younger. I would always get their sour cream chicken enchiladas and finish it with this Kahlua Mousse. I wasn't too sure if it was going to taste exactly like it did in the restaraunt but one bite convinced me that it sure did. You brought back some wonderful memories for me...thanks!
