  • 2 cups cream-style corn
  • 23 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon celery salt
  • 14 cup sugar

directions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour into a buttered casserole dish
  • Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.

  1. I made it for one of my Thanksgiving side dishes, and it was very good. It reminded me of something that my mother made when I was a child. I made it without the celery salt because I didn't have any on hand, but will try it next time I make it. Thank you for sharing.

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now.
