  1. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cover and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  3. Add vegetables, macaroni, cheese sauce mix, water and 1/2 cup of the cheese; stir.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover; reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes until done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
