  • Add milk and protein powder to blender and blend for 15 seconds on medium speed.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Pour and serve!

Always remember to use low-fat, less calorie substitutes for any recipes that list higher fat or calorie ingredents (i.e. Milk = Skim Milk, Sugar = Splenda, Butter = Smart Balance, etc.).
