- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup uncooked rice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 22 ounces Veg-All
- 4 skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder and veggies in 12X8 baking dish.
- Top with chicken and season as desired.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Top with cheese.
