  1. simplicity at its best. This was almost a no cook dessert and it was fabulous. Made this in the am and served it at home after a terrific dinner in a restaurant! Really nice to get home stuffed, change into comfortable clothes, grab a coffee and enjoy this dessert to top the evening off. Thanks again Inez

  2. Very easy to make. Very tasty. I followed recipe exactly and it was eaten quickly.

  3. This is the old fashioned banana pudding that so many people taste, fall in love, and assume it is extremely hard to make. It's easy to make, and a way to make everybody think you got skills in the kitchen.

  4. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Only thing I changed was made simple old fashion meringue.

  5. I've really come to trust MizzNezz! She has yet to disappoint me. The pudding was perfection.(I did double the recipe for my college aged son who requested this on his weekend home) One thing I stole from another recipe was to use the left over egg whites as a meringue which added a light finish to the dish. Just topped and baked for about 8 minutes then chilled. Deeelish!!!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
