  1. I made this for PAC spring 2008. I must admit, I have never baked or eaten cobbler before so I'm not sure if this is what it's supposed to taste like. With that said I loved this dish!!! It was really easy to make and tasted really great!!! My kids and I had it for an afternoon treat. I halved the recipe ( good thing too, or I would still be eating it!!) And used frozen peaches which I boiled with some sugar until they thickened up a bit. It took 55 mins in my oven and came out crunchy and gooey and sweet and salty. It was a perfect combination of flavors and textures :) :)

I am a full-time mom to an amazing 5-year-old boy who is too smart for his own good and a beautiful 1-year-old little girl. I am married to the love of my life, who always keeps me on my toes and keeps me laughing. i cherish every moment i get to spend with my family. I love to bake, so you'll catch me searching for lots of recipes for all sorts of sweets. My boys are both picky eaters, so I'm always looking for ways to hide veggies in whatever I can!!! <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
