  1. separate eggs.
  2. whisk yolks with 1/2 C sugar in a 3qt bowl.
  3. whip whites with 1/4 C sugar, until fairly stiff/soft peaks.
  4. whip cream.
  5. fold cream into yolks.
  6. fold beaten whites into yolk/cream mixture.
  7. combine prepared eggnog, vanilla and milk.
  8. pour milk mixture into yolk/cream/whites mixture.
  9. grate nutmeg on top and chill in freezer for about 30 minutes.
  10. serve.
