Fast and Easy Deviled Eggs

"Everyone in my family and at church always asked my mom to make these for Easter. Sometimes she would put one green olive on/in each egg (but I don't like them so don't add them). I tried to search and haven't found any similar so thought I would add this."

  • Boil (or use an egg cooker which is amazing!), cool, and peel eggs.
  • Cut eggs in half and take out yolks. Put yolks in a bowl and mash well.
  • Add to bowl the mayo, salt and pepper, mix well. (Add more or less mayo to taste if you need.) Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  • Decorate with a dash of paprika and/or a green olive in the middle, if you wish!
