made this lasagna looking for a substitute for Ricotta Cheese. I'm always looking for substitutes to make healthy versions of dishes that I enjoy. This recipe was perfect since I had Greek yogurt in my refrigerator. It turned out really light and delicious...This is my new way of making spinach lasagna. Yum. ??
